  8. Hi on POGO.com they have a 7 letter word spell called Word Whomp to see how many words you can come up with in a minute an a half

    The word Jore works on Words with Friends but not on Scrabble, why is that

    Often hangs, closes browser window just as it opens - while waiting for ads to load. Samsung galaxy Tab.
    Btw, I selected FEEDBACK category and prompts relate to 'new idea'. ??? No new idea , just telling you that I think your ad server has network issues making game less desireable. I know ads pay you, but advertisers NOT getting thru - that's the problem.

  13. Blank character algorithm needs a little adjustment.

    I put ONIWC?E in the box listing my tiles, KI in the box for tiles on the board and SE in the box for "match this". The results did not include any suggestion of extending KI to SKI.

  14. Word not in your dictionary

    I am using Scrabble online (iPhone app) and the Teacher function on it just told me I could have got a better score playing the word SCAWS - but I had used your Scrabble anagrammer and that word was not on your list.

    There are many words your game will not accept - such as "jugal".

    The results page on an iPhone has gone very wrong. A large blue panel now partially or totally (depending on orientation) obscures the results.

  19. Explain 'Hanging' word sort options

    You've got these choices for sorting words by "hard" (v1, v2, and v3), and maybe those version numbers mean something to some people, but I don't have a clue what the differences are, and if they're explained somewhere on the site, I can't find it. Could you either include an explanation in the description on the main 'Hanging with Friends' page, or link to one in the actual search portion? This seems like a potentially useful tool, so I would love to know how to actually use it. Thank you!

  20. Fix the point-count for words with more than 8 letters

    Any time you enter more than 8 letters into the search field, all words found that have more than 7 letters are assumed to be bingos--not true if i'm trying to use that many letters. For example, if I I hold MUTTONI, and there's a US on the board I'd like to use, typing in MUTTONIUS returns MUTINOUS as a Bingo--although I'd have a T left over in my rack.
    The way to fix this would be to base the "bingo" algorithm on the number of tiles in a candidate word, compared to the number of letters in the search.
